BelRoy's Bijou, founded by bartenders & distillers Dieter Van Roy and Ben Belmans opened in March 2016. Only 6 months after opening BelRoy's Bijou was awarded "Best cocktail bar in Belgium" by Venuez.

The bar staff is always one of the best in Belgium, with the release of classic drinks and tailor-made cocktails and launching fresh new ideas.

The majestic bar with a large number of limited edition bottles is surrounded by large freezers filled with cocktail glasses that are kept permanently at a temperature of -25 ° C.
